THE 'OTHER' BELGIUM BULLETIN BOARD LIST Revision #2 - 23/02/92 (Long Version) Do not use after 23/04/92 All known public access bulletin board systems in all Belgian Dialing areas are shown in this list. This file is named OBBL-2L.TXT. The short version (i.e. OBBL-2S.TXT) contains the same system names and numbers, but with a short, one-line entry for each system. As an attempt is made to keep this one of the most current BBS lists offered in Belgium, a request is made to remove all old copies from your system and NOT to display this list after its expiration date. The latest version will always be available for download as OBBL-x.ARJ or for file requesting as BBSLIST from Strange Attractions BBS. Please pass this list along freely! LISTING FORMAT: ............. .. .. ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; () ACCESS: is the access information: = Open access + = Extended access available (with payment etc.) $ = Registration & Payment required BAUD RATES: is the baud rate code: 3 = 300 12 = 1200 24 = 2400 96 = 9600 144 = 14400 V = v.32 (standard 9600bps & MNP) B = V42b M = MNP U = USR HST or Dual-Standard VERIFICATION of systems: V = Verified # = New Phone Number % = BBS changed name P = Verified but Problems with Connection B = Unable to Verify due to Constant Busy Signal N = Means the BBS was verified on the most recent list, but did not answer when called to re-confirm it for this update. It's a judgement call, but some BBS's that did not answer when called were deleted, while others are given a 'grace period' until next time. If next time there is no answer, then they are deleted from the list for good. STORAGE is approximate disk storage online (expressed in megabytes).
