One day, after watching the people I work with use a ruler to measure and 
cut out name tags, I decided that there had to be a faster way to put together 
name tags.  Enclosed is the primary merge file "NAM_TAG.PRI", that I put 
together, and a sample secondary merge file "NAM_TAG.SEC".  I've also included
the results of merging the two files together "NAM_TAG.MRG".  The primary file
is set up for 3" x 4" name tags, uses the Bitstream Dutch Bold 14pt and 24pt 
fonts and we print the finished merge file out on HP Laserjet printers, using 
heavier and sometimes colored paper.  It has sped up and simplified the process 
considerably.  I hope someone else finds it as useful as we have.
