NOTES ON WHAT WPSETUP.BAT DOES. WPSETUP.BAT installs FENIMORE'S MACRO SUITE to disk and then executes WordPerfect and the Setup macro (SETUP.WPM) to finish the installation so WP51 can use those macros. The batch file, WPSETUP.BAT, contains five variables used in setting up WordPerfect to use Fenimore's Macro Suite. Edit WPSETUP.BAT with a text editor accordingly if you don't want to use the default paths. - Variable #1: FMS - the name of the Archived Macro Suite - Variable #2: HARDDRIVE - the drive on which the macros & WordPerfect exist - Variable #3: WPDIR - identifies the WordPerfect directory - Variable #4: WPNAME - the executable by which WordPerfect is entered - Variable #5: WPMACDIR - the directory in which the macros reside WPSETUP.BAT is installed in the root directory of the drive specified by the variable, "HARDDRIVE". The WP51 SETUP macro retrieves it into WP51 and then peruses it to obtain the necessary information to inform WP where the macros were installed. SETUP also copies a default envelope specification, ENVELOPE.REF (supplied with the macro suite), to WP51s subdirectory. Both WPSETUP.BAT and SETUP.WPM are deleted once the installation is complete. DOCUMENTATION. The following WP Documents may be found in the directory to which the macros were installed: Macros Manual - MACROS.DOC; Macros History - README.MAC.
