This new MOUSE.SYS file will approximately double the speed of your
mouse.  Simply replace \OS2\MOUSE.SYS with this new MOUSE.SYS file;
be sure to keep a backup copy (RENAME the old MOUSE.SYS to MOUSE.BAK,
for example).  Shutdown and reboot for the change to take effect.

Refer all questions relating to this new MOUSE.SYS driver to IBM.
