Enclosed with this note is Elzevier Caps postscript 
(type three), a typeface based on David Rakowski's Elzevier 
Caps EPS art of the same name. This font is David's 
property, assembled and uploaded with his permission; so far 
as I know he doesn't ask individual users any payment for 
using it -- but those who'd like to put it to commercial use
