         This program will convert all lowercase characters in a text
         file to uppercase. You must supply the filename of the file you
         want to perform this action on, including path if necessary,
         and also the output filename, again including path if
         necessary. The resulting text file will be completely in
         uppercase letters. The program is very simple to use can can
         prove useful for formatting programming source codes to become
