CUSTOMER INFORMATION SHEETS

          This set of Customer Information Sheets is made available on  the
     Shareware Concept. If you use them, you must compensate the author for

          This electronic book includes Customer Information Sheets used by
     Cy Stapleton's Lufkin, Texas shop, The Printer.

          Stapleton's  philosophy  is that an educated customer is a better
     customer, and  these  CIS's  go  a  long  way  towards  educating  the
     customer.

          Each  chapter  or  form  is on this disk in ASCII text. It can be
     read on the screen, printed to your printer, or ported into your  word
     processor so that you can customize the individual forms.

          In  addition to the CSI's Stapleton has included a counter "cheat
     sheet" used by his Customer Service Person. This sheet includes things
     that arise occasionally, but not often enough that  you  know  excatly
     where the price for it is.

          Some  of these CSI's you may want to use as. Others you will want
     to use as a guide to do your own and yet others you probably will  not
     want to consider.

          Some  of  these CSI's have prices in them that you will certainly
     want to modify to reflect your own pricing.

          At the beginning of each chapter there is a note  to  the  reader
     about the particular CSI or Cheat Sheet.

          Finally,  I  have  attempted  to  replace  our  company name, The
     Printer, on most of the forms except the  one  that  tells  about  our
     company.  In some places I changed it to "your printer", and in others
     I changed it to  "the  printer",  etc.  You  want  your  company  name
     throughout the CSI in every place that is  appropriate.  All  of  this
     text  was exported from our old CompEdit phototypesetter and formatted
     using a simple text editor  that  has  no  spellcheck  or  search  and
     replace.  You  will  want  to  run  it  through  your word processor's
     spellcheck and will want to remove the extra spaces  used  to  justify
     the ASCII text.

 NOTE:
          Some  of  these forms are copyrighted. The purchaser of this disk
     is given blanket authorization to use and modify any of  the  included
     pieces  for  his  own  company's use. The only restriction is that the
     information included may not be compiled into a  similar  package  for
     sale to other printers. Publishers  may  feel  free  to use any of the
     enclosed material in their  publications  provided  the following is a
     part of the article:
