Note to printer This is a sheet of 11 x 17 ivory 70# offset, folded in half, with our logo printed and the copy below printed on the front and the typesetting trade customs printed on the back. It is a rather professional, but inexpensive way to submit a proof to your customers. In our last printing we even cut a couple of slots with an Xacto knife and inserted a red Razor Pen (we picked the pens up at Sam's Wholesale for almost nothing). The filename to port into your word- processor is PROFLDR.TXT. ======================================================================= PROOF FOLDER Enclosed in this folder is a proof of the printing order you gave us recently. Please make any needed corrections right on the copy. We're even furnishing the pen. We also wish to thank you for this order. It is most appreciated, and you can be sure we will do everything possible to see that you are satisfied. We want you to keep coming back to us for all your printing and typesetting requirements. We would like to remind you that we also offer our customers a unique creative idea service. In our art files we have an attractive selection of goodwill and business-building ideas for just about any type of business. We are highly experienced and are at your disposal. Once you have proofed the job, please sign noting any corrections required. Please familiarize yourself with our trade customs which are printed on the back of this folder.
