Vendbbs.txt is being provided to Shareware Distributors, Vendors, User Groups
and Computer Clubs who wish to distribute the Stikum-Up 2.2 product(Stikum.zip).

Short Description	- Stikum-Up 2.2 - A Note System with SOUND...
Long Description	- Stikum-Up 2.2 adds SOUND... attach ANY .wav
			  sound file to ANY note with the push of a button. 
                          Enter the text...  choose the .wav file you
			  wish to attach to the note then simply push
			  'Post'. The created note/sound executable becomes
			  totally independent of Stikum-Up. All the
			  program and the .wav sound file player logic
			  are embedded in the note .exe. If you have
			  a sound card (Sound Blaster etc..) or a
			  speaker driver(speak.exe) available on many
			  major computer information services (CompuServe,
			  GEnie and America Online) Stikum-Up 2.2 is a
			  MUST have for your Windows 3.1 desktop. Includes
			  some great .wav files too. Now there isn't any 
			  reason not to add sound to your electronic notes,

Software distributors wishing to add Stikum-Up product to their disk library 
may do so only in accordance with the RESTRICTIONS listed below.

Vendors acting in GOOD FAITH may distribute Stikum-Up product as described in 
PACKING.TXT. If any files listed in PACKING.TXT are absent then this agreement
becomes NULL and VOID. 

Stikum-Up product must not be included in any commercial product nor may any 
price or compensation be charged for Stikum-Up product without written 
authorization from Clear Pane Consulting.

A distribution fee of not more than $10.00(single unit) may be charged for
the diskette, shipping and handling.

The Stikum-Up product CANNOT be modified in anyway with the exception of 
Software vendors acting in GOOD FAITH adding advertisement and distribution 
support files.
