I have a 2 MB AT and TommySoftware CAD/DRAW doesn't work.

TommySoftware CAD/DRAW requires approx. 1600KB free RAM. Please
check Program Manager, Help, About Program Manager if you have
1.6 MB RAM free.

Please check if you are running in standard or enhanced mode. If
you have not enough memory you have to run Windows in enhanced
mode. Use a swapfile to get more RAM (see Windows manual).

I've downloaded TommySoftware CAD/DRAW and everything works fine
- with one exception: colors and zoom factors and the symbol-
names of the sample library are in a foreign language.

You've got a non US-version. Download (after 011092) the file
"TSCDP1.ZIP" from this section and follow the instructions. This
mistake refers only to the version for these countries: New
Zealand, Great Britan, Denmark, Sweden, Canada, France, the
Netherlands and Belgium.

I'm a citizen of Sweden and I downloaded TommySoftware CAD/DRAW
from CompuServe. I recognized that this software is for the US
only and that I'm not allowed to use it. What should I do?

Correct. The CompuServe version of TommySoftware CAD/DRAW is for
US-citizens only. But there are other versions in local BBSs in
your country, which have legal versions for you. If you have no
idea about BBSs in your country, you should contact your local
TommySoftware CAD/DRAW-partner, he will supply you with a legal
copy.

get an official version of TommySoftware CAD/DRAW?

There is only one way to get an official version for your
country: contact your local shareware-dealer. He has to contact
our headquarter for applying to become a TommySoftware CAD/DRAW-

I'm working with Windows 3.0 and I tried to use your TASS-
software.

This is not possible. TASS (not TommySoftware CAD/DRAW) requires
Windows 3.1 or later versions.

I have problems with running TommySoftware CAD/DRAW in my OS/2
Windows-box. What should I do?

Use Windows 3.x. We do not support OS/2 and the OS/2-Windows box.
There is no intend to fix that problem, because it shows only
that the OS/2-Windows box isn't really compatible to Windows 3.x.
Ask IBM for help.

What is the latest version of TommySoftware CAD/DRAW and how to
get an upgrade?

The first and - until today - latest version of TommySoftware
CAD/DRAW is version 1.05. If there will be a new version we will
report it through this file. We will make the upgrade available
through your local TommySoftware CAD/DRAW-Partner (see list
above). Ask them for prices.
