Disk Type -    Size and Type of Midear the 
                software is stored on.
Windows App -  Indercate if the software 
                is desinde to run under 
                Windows. (Microsoft)
Date -         Defult is the current system 
                date.
Location -     Enter a four charter code to 
                use as a tracking methord for 
                your program disks. 
                ie "B1"=Disk Storage Box #1.
Program Size - This will Automaticly Retreve 
                the total size of all files 
                on the floppy disk inserted, 
                or Manualy enter the program 
                size in kilobytes (KB)
