Number the Lines of a Report

To sequentially number the lines of report enter the following in a derived 
column:


Heading: Line!Number
Formula: #1 + 1
Column Spec: 1


The resulting report will look like this:


   Line
  Number      First Name           Last Name

   1          Bob                  Smith
   2          Fred                 Jones
   3          Mary                 Harris
   4          Ralph                Lawrence
   .
   .
   .
