Copying Large Blocks of Text to Another Document This procedure is a simple and quick way to copy blocks of text that are virtually unlimited in size. Get the source document and position the cursor at the beginning of the text to be moved. Press Alt-F5 to move the text or Ctrl-F5 to copy the text. Follow the instructions to highlight the desired text and press F10. You will then be prompted for a filename. This name should be a new name, such as TEMPTEXT.DOC. Next, escape from the source document, get the destination document, and position the cursor where you want the text to appear. Press F8 for the Options Menu, select "I" for Insert document, and enter the name of your temporary file, TEMPTEXT.DOC. The new text will be inserted at the cursor position while pushing the other text down the document. Application: This could be used create customized contracts from a set of standard paragraphs.
