Printing Multiple Copies of One Label in Q&A 3.0

    The following is a method of printing multiple copies of one 
label.


         Instead of the label reading:

            ÚÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄ¿
            ³ *First Name*  *Last Name*  ³
            ³ *Address*                  ³
            ³ *City*  *State*  *Zip*     ³
            ÀÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÙ
            
         Simply put:
            
            ÚÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄ¿
            ³ John Smith                ³
            ³ 123 Main Street           ³
            ³ Anytown  CA  99990        ³
            ÀÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÙ

         . . .on the label screen.


    For the Merge file name, pick a database with at least as many 
forms as the number of labels you wish to print.  In any field in the 
Retrieve Spec, type "max27".  (Replace 27 with the number of labels as 
there are forms in that database, or the number you used on the 
Retrieve Spec, whichever is less.
