There is an overlap of files between Norton Desktop for Windows 1.0 or 2.0 and Norton Desktop for DOS 1.0. The Norton Desktop for DOS files supercede the DOS based Norton Desktop for Windows files. The following files can be deleted from your Norton Desktop for Windows directory. This will allow the Norton program to continue to function correctly and find the updated files in your ND directory. Be sure to change any references in your AUTOEXEC.BAT and CONFIG.SYS to point to the new files in the ND directory.
