NORTON DESKTOP for DOS - FAXBACK INFORMATION
Subject: Norton AntiVirus/Norton Desktop for DOS Common Files

There is an overlap of files between Norton AntiVirus and Norton 
Desktop for DOS 1.0.  The Norton Desktop for DOS files supercede all
versions of Norton AntiVirus, up to and including NAV 2.0.  However, 
Norton Desktop for DOS does not include the Windows support files, so 
you should remove only the files listed below from the NAV directory.

NAV.DAT             Used by NAV Installer

Note: If you have recently obtained a NAV 2.0 virus definition update 
      file dated later than the date of the NAV.EXE file in your 
      Norton Desktop directory, you should reload these definitions 
      into the Desktop for DOS version of Norton AntiVirus.
