CorelDRAW 3.0 Upgrade for North America

CorelDRAW 3.0 will be distributed by Merisel, Kenfil Distribution,
and Ingram Micro Inc. in the United States, and Merisel, Ingram Micro
Inc., and J.B. Marketing in Canada.

-Upgrades

Registered users of CorelDRAW(any version) can upgrade to CorelDRAw
3.0 by contacting their local dealers. Suggested list price is
$149 US and $169 CDN. CorelDRAW 3.0 CD-ROM only version upgrade will
be available for $129 US and $149 CDN. Registered users must present
the front page of their user manuals, or a "proof of purchase" to
qualify for the upgrade.

All registered end-users will receive a CorelDRAW 3.0 Newsletter with
an upgrade form. They can submit these forms to their local dealers,
or directly to Corel.

CorelDRAW users who do not receive an upgrade form can contact their
local dealer or Corel to obtain one.

Registered CorelDRAW users can fax their upgrade orders to Corel's
Customer Service at FAX:(613)761-9176. Please allow 6-8 weeks for
delivery.

Resellers can obtain upgrades from the above mentioned CorelDRAW
distributors.

GRACE PERIOD

If an end-user purchased a copy of CorelDRAW 2.0 within 60 days of
the first day of the CorelDRAW 3.0 shipment(May 31), he/she qualifies
for a free upgrade to CorelDRAW 3.0.(The end-user pays shipping and
handling.) The grace period upgrade is available only through Corel's
Customer Service Division.

We encourage end-users to go through the distribution channel.
Dealers may offer better pricing.
