Instructions for Creating the Graphics Station Gold System Executive and Utilities Diskette Release 2.00 - 3 April 1992 The file 200.ZIP is an archive of the Graphics Station Gold System Executive and Utilities Diskette, Release 2.00. It may be used on the Graphics Station GOLD16, GOLD16+2, GOLD24 and GOLD24+2. 200.ZIP must be unzipped to a DISKETTE for proper operation. Because the archive file contains subdirectories, pkzip's "-D" option must be used to correctly recreate these subdirectories. Nothing else will do. The PKUNZIP program (version 1.10 or later) must be used to unpack the 200.ZIP archive file. PKUNZIP may be downloaded from CompuServe or the Hercules BBS. Instructions: 1. Place 200.ZIP in a directory on your hard drive. 2. Place a blank, formatted diskette in Drive A: or B:. Either a 1.44 3-1/2" diskette or a 1.2Mb 5-1/4" diskette will work. 3. Log on to the A: (or B:) drive by typing: A: or B: 4. Type the following: PKUNZIP -D C:200.ZIP The "-D" parameter is essential. It tells PKUNZIP to create the necessary subdirectories as it unpacks the files. 5. When PKUNZIP is done, label your new diskette "Graphics Station Gold System Executive And Utilities Diskette, Release 2.00." If you have any questions or comments, please contact us via the Hercules BBS, or call the technical support department at (510) 540-0749.
