      - Added the RINGDOWN variable to allow the availability bulletin to
        generate a true chance of getting through on the first dial attempt
        for multinode systems.
      - Added the EVENT variable to allow sysops to exclude an hour in the
        graph when an event occured.
      - Added the EVENTCOL to allow the sysop to display the event period in a
        differen color on the graph.
      - Added the ability to put a date in the DAYS variable.
