The NETMON program is the same Network Activity monitor from
  GAPMENU except that it works from DOS.

  You use whatever node version applies to you, passing as a
  parameter the path to the Main Directory where the NETWORK.DAT
  file resides.

    You may run this program from any directory as it does not
    read the GAP Configuration file (the reason you need to tell it
    where to find NETWORK.DAT).

  For some reason, Darin wanted this lil thing so he can view 
  network activity from a client node without having to bring up
  GAPMENU. So, here it is.

  To keep from having to supply a path to the NETWORK.DAT file, you
  may want to create a batch file that calls the NETMON program 
  with the appropriate path.
