          Our unconditional hardware  guarantee is one  of the best  in
          the business. We'll refund your  money within 30 days  if you
          are not absolutely satisfied.

          All Artisoft hardware carries a five-year warranty, available
          directly from Artisoft  or through  our distributors. If  you
          ever need to  take advantage of  this warranty, we  recommend
          you go through your distributor because we ``cross-ship,'' or
          send a  replacement  to  the dealer  before  we  receive  the
          defective part.
