Description:    

Magnavox licenses a program called PCGLOBE to run on their CD
461 CD ROM external drive. The commercial version of PCGLOBE has
no incompatibilities with DRDOS 6.0.  However, the Magnavox
version generates an error "CHECK TO SEE IF YOU HAVE THE RIGHT
CD IN YOUR DRIVE".  This occurs in a "vanilla" environment
without loading MemoryMax etc.  Magnavox technical support (800)
722-6224 has reproduced the problem and offers the following
workaround:  Remove the second line from the batch file that
invokes PCGLOBE. This disables the hardware check. The exact
circumstances of this error are being investigated and if any
additional information becomes available this document will be
updated.
