I upload a fair amount of my MIDI compositions
 but generally try to avoid attaching text
 messages. Most of the stuff I put up is self-
 explanatory - if not, I'm not doing it right.

The enclosed song - Flashdance ... What a Feeling -
 is rather complicated and for best results I
 thought I should attach some notes:

The tempo track is track 1. Though most of the
 tracks have tempo events embedded, most sequencers
 will ignore them. Do with these as you see fit.
 The point here is that the song is supposed to
 smoothly increase in tempo over 3 or 4 bars 
 beginning at 18. You'll see what I mean.

Also, I try to avoid program changes in songs as
 I don't own a GS type device and not everybody
 is set up the way I am. This song however has
 a number of patch changes embedded. They are
 shown below. Please locate them and change them
 to something that is right for your setup.
