          StopWATCH is written by a member of the ASP.  This is the ideal
          program for anyone wishing to keep track of event times.  Such as:

          StopWATCH not only logs event times, but it allows you to add a
          note with each event.  StopWATCH automatically keeps track of the
          time an event occurred, the elapsed time from the start, the
          elapsed time from the last event and the event number.

          StopWATCH allows the timing of events within a 24 hour period and
          can accommodate up to 750 logged events.  You can save your log
          as a text (ascii) or tab delimitated file which can be read by a
          spreadsheet program.  StopWATCH also allows you to print the log.

          StopWATCH allows event timing to be started and still keep track
          of the events even after the program has been exited or the
          computer has been shut off.  StopWATCH is NOT a TSR program which
          consumes memory.  StopWATCH automatically saves its information
          to disk when the program is exited, then reads that information
          when started again.

          StopWATCH even has an alarm timer.  You can set the alarm to go
          off at any time within a 24 hour period.  You can use this feature
          to remind you of an upcoming event.

          StopWATCH utilizes standard text characters and graphics, so it
          will work with nearly all computers and monitors.  It does allow
          a Microsoft (R) mouse to be used to activate the buttons and
          scroll bars.  This program is extremely easy to use, simple
          buttons (or function keys) activate the stopwatch timer, lap
          timer, stop and reset features.  Events and notes can be scrolled
          and edited at any time.
