Version 1.3á 04/09/93:

    Created a new PCBADJ.DAT file for the new PCBoard 15.0 DevBeta, and
I'll upload updates to Salt Air as they make changes to the PCBOARD.TXT
file.  DO NOT USE THIS PROGRAM ON PCBoard 14.5a or below, as it's not
compatible any more...

    Made the record counts dynamic, and added a record to the PCBADJ.DAT
file to tell you which release of PCBText it is compatible with.


Version 1.2  08/17/91:

    Made a minor change to change all %filespec entries in upper case
entries.  Makes them easier to notice when editing individual files.
included a text file in the archive containing the default PCBTEXT
entries with record numbers.  (Can make your own PCBTEXT.LST file with
the program RDPCBTXT.EXE from CDC.)


Version 1.1  08/16/91:

    Initial General release.  Added windows, PCBTEXT file location/name,
optional PCBTEXT Defaults, Looping for multiple changes, search path
for data file and will run from any location to do it's work.


Version 1.0  08/11/91:

    Initial coding of the logic to the program.  No fancy displays, only
a straight text interface, and single change per program call.  Must be 
run in the directory where the PCBTEXT files are located, and the data
file [PCBADJ.DAT] file must also bein the default directory.
