The disk (or compressed file) contains 7 files:

        1)  TIMESTAX.EXE  - the executable program
        2)  TIMESTAX.HLP  - online help file          
        3)  TSDEMO.EXE    - self-extracting set of demo files
        4)  TIMESTAX.TXT  - user's manual in text form
        5)  TIMESTAX.LIC  - licensing agreement & registration form
        6)  TSCHANGE.TXT  - changes to this version
        7)  README.TXT    - this file

To start simply run the TIMESTAX program. You will first be prompted to fill
in your client, project, and activity names.  Then you will be asked
to allow the program to create an empty timecard database.  Please refer to 
the manual for further details.

You may use this copy free of charge for a 1 month evaluation period. 
If you still want to use it after that you must send in the
registration fee of $49.95.  Please refer to the file TIMESTAX.LIC
for a copy of the registration form, or call us at (408) 255-4213.
