SNiF v1.39 comes with the following minor enhancements:

	 - added variables &o and &e (see docs)
	 - modified the code for +n exception-handling so that it is able
	   to cope with files that are created whilst sniffing is in
	   progress
	   as a welcome 'side-effect', +n exceptions are processed much
	   faster now :-)
	 - implemented code to work around a nasty Turbo C++ code-
	   generation bug <spit, moan, boo>
	 - some general cleaning-up of the code
