   Stock+Options Account:
      * SELL Cabletron Systems (NYSE: CS).  Today I sold all 110 shares at
        54 1/8.  I bought 55 shares at 51 and another 55 at 54, all on April 2
	(see Vol.1 #32).

   Model Portfolio:
      * SELL Cabletron Systems (NYSE: CS).  Sell all 165 shares at 54 1/8.
        I recommended purchase of these shares on April 2 (see Vol.1 #32).
	With the selling of these shares, the Model Portfolio is now identical
	(in terms of stock holdings, not cash balance) to my personal Stock-
	Only Account.  My personal Stock-Only Account will replace the Model
	Portfolio, beginning with the next monthly status report.

   Deen Earnings Surprise Index System:  No trades

   The DESI-3 timing indicator is giving a RED light for August 6.


Discussion:  Cabletron Systems, Inc.

   I am selling Cabletron only because I have held it for four months and I
want to reduce my use of margin.  My patience has paid off with this stock,
since most of these four months I've been under-water, showing a paper loss.
