        bought these shares on May 11 at 34 (see Vol.1 #46).

Discussion:  Informix Corp.

   Informix still looks very strong on a longer-term basis.  However, on a
short-term basis, there appears to be a resistance level developing at $39.
The stock is currently pulling back from that level, as it did once before
just over two weeks ago.  Also, I have held the stock now for over 3 months;
I tend to look for a sell opportunity after 3 months.
