Nature's Bounty Inc.

   I am selling to lock in a solid gain, and because the stock is showing
signs of weakness.  After peaking at 30 1/2 on Sept. 14, subsequent short-term
peaks have been successively lower.
   This is a DESI(tm) stock, and I am selling slightly in advance of the
compter-generated DESI(tm) sell signal.  The DESI(tm) sell signal will
arrive sometime in November.  When it does, I will publish another sell
alert.
