   [v2.0c] (Mar 1993) Fixed protection violation if a history file without
   any additional payment adjustments was read after reading a history file
   that did include additional payment adjustments.  Fixed display  of
   payment interest values less than ten cents.  Adjusted column format in
   exported text files for additional principal values over $1,000.

   [v2.0b] (Feb 1993) Fixed SVGA display formatting.
   
   [v2.0a] (Jan 1993) Fixed bug that required the Control and Enter keys to
   be pressed simultaneously to add a carriage return to the on screen
   notepad.  Now, only the Enter key is necessary the same as the previous

   [v1.1]  Several printer display changes were made to improve column
   alignment.

   The PRINT button now performs an implicit calculation of the current data 
   to the printer to insure that the entered data and printed data both
   coincide without regard to the current amortization schedule displayed. 

   The main menu's EXIT selection and the FILE menu's EXIT selection use
   the hot key 'X' instead of the previous hot key 'E' to align with Microsoft's
   pseudo standard.

   The file extension is forced to '.mtg' whether or not an extension is
   entered to avoid misplacing data files.

   Early window initialization to simplify running on the debug version
   of MS Windows 3.0.  (debug validation error)

   UAE: print driver communication to accomodate the IBM ProPrinter driver.

   UAE: print tabulation width corrected to accomodate drivers that do not
   truncate white space/tabs that extend beyond the limits of their
   page image.

   UAE: interest rate adjustments that are specified beyond the specified
   extent of the loan amortization.  Now cause warning instead of UAE.
