This font is of the Nouveau Style, popular in the 20's and making a comeback of sorts. It is primarily a display font, thus it generally looks best at sizes above 24 points. It contains numerals, upper case, small caps for lower case, primary punct- uation, and a few extra characters (!,",$,&,?,_,|). Both the TTF and AT1 versions contain over 500 kern pairs, so if your program isn't able to handle that (some DOS Type1 pgms), remove pairs from the *.afm file before your installation - and make sure to adjust the # of kernpairs entry. Both Adobe Type Manager and Windows TTF font manager can handle it o.k. I'm putting the TrueType and Postscript Type1 fonts in different zipfiles. Both versions contain this text file. I've also included a postscript print- file (grekodec.ps) which can be copied to a PS printer from DOS, giving you a printout of the characters in the font. This file is FREE. I encourage you to use it, give it away, upload it to your favorite BBS. Only two restrictions apply - well, maybe three... This file (grekodec.txt) must remain unchanged and be included in the archive file. You may not use the code of this font to create another font for sale, and you may not sell or otherwise receive compensation for the distribution of this font without express WRITTEN permission from me. The only exception to last condition is a NON-PROFIT organization (such as a user's group) who may charge a distribution fee (not a fee for the code) to cover their distribution costs only. ENJOY...
