File called "Maxcht.exe" gives 9999 ammunition, 
for all weapons for all missions. The other
one is a Mission Editor. 

These files were found without ANY instructions.                                                            
With experimentation, I have figured out the following.
Type "Maxcht", and voila! It is done. The editor is more 
difficult. To use Misedit (IT'S GREAT), after you type 
"misedit *.mis" you then need to type a temporary 
file name. EX: Misedit 1.mis test.         
Now you can edit this file.       

I use edlin as a dos editor. So I typed "edlin test" and    
went to line 28 where the 6 values separated by commas are  
for the first scenario. The first one is 500 (ammunition)   
then 62 (rockets), etc..You can change these numbers to     
whatever you want. You'll have to discover which line has   
the weapon values for the other scenarios under their       
separate headings. Once you save this file then you have to 
do a Misedit in reverse. EX: Misedit test 1.mis. Hope this
