HEATHER CREEK

     Heather Creek is a fictitious course.  Long holes buffeted
by steady winds wrap around a series of treacherous creeks,
putting water in play on nearly every hole, sometimes on multiple
shots.

     Not being much of a bitmap artist, I have gleaned the
objects here from other designers' courses, in some cases
modifying them, in some not.  Only the heather and water lily are
my own creation.  Likewise, the background is modified from Gene
Rodriguez III's Bay Bridge Greens.  If you haven't seen any of
Gene's courses, find them; he's one of the best artists going,
especially his clouds.
     
     Along other creative lines, if you happen to be a book
reader of mysteries and thrillers, I've published a few which
wander in and out of print and libraries.  The titles are BEACH
MONEY, MIDNIGHT RAZZ, RAZOR MOON, and WINNER'S CUT.  A new novel,
ONE DEAD JUDGE, is due out 2/93 from Walker & Company, New York.
