General
  Description:	This course is based on an actual private club 
		course in Oak Harbor, Washington State.  
		The representation is fairly accurate on most 
		holes and based on my actual experience.

Credits:	The orginal designers of this course are 
		certainly given credit for a very interesting
		layout.  I have borrowed Scott Chesney's 
		wonderful background for Banff and made 
		substantial changes. I must give my Dad, a
		member of the Club, a great deal of credit
		for the details on greens and playing 
		conditions.

This course is offered for the enjoyment of other players and 
designers of JNSE courses.  As a whole or in any part, 
it may not be offered for sale. Please feel free to utilize any 
objects or background, in part or edited, to construct any other 
course which is not for sale.

Comments:	This course was originally designed using JNUG 
		designer software and edited and expanded with 
		JNSE. I have played the real course over quite
		a few times over the past ten years. The 
		background, borrowed from Scott Chesney and
		edited, is somewhat more "grand" than the 
		real course offers but does impart the general
		feeling of the area. Various trees and bushes 
		have also been added for appearance sake.
