   FIS ZIPCODE contain over 40,000 zip codes and the associated
   city and states. One can search by zip code, city, or state.
   The program allows for modification of the database by having,
   along with search features, ADD ZIPCODE, DELETE ZIPCODE, and
   MODIFY ZIPCODE, so you can keep the database current.

               VGA - Hard Drive with lots of free space.

                          INSTALLATION

    Unzip to directory \FISZIPC (the program will not work unless this
    is done). Place the fiszip.bat in your root directory and type
    FISZIP to start the program.
