v2.2 fixes:
  o Getmail was looking for an uppercased QMAIL, MEGAMAIL, DJMAIL,
    MARKMAIL, ROSEMAIL and CAMMAIL. This toggle is no longer case
    sensative.

v2.1 fixes:
~~~~~~~~~~~
  o Added /p parameter to GETMAIL. This aborts GETMAIL if the packetname
    already exists. Handy for using an ALLMAIL.BAT type batch file and
    not wanting more than one packet per day.

  o Re-wrote ASYNC routines. Carrier detection is now part of GETMAIL.

  o Re-wrote entire documentation. Costs for re-mailing have been
    increased only to cover the cost of updates.


v2.0 fixes:
