Whats New in Version 1.25


	I've had requests to add a prompt to Encode and Decode for a password, along with the 
normal command line. You can now type ENCODE [filename] <Enter> and you will be prompted to enter
the password and then reenter the password to double check. The syntax for Decode is the same as
Encode.
