These contain the latest files for the Windows File Manager that were
directly downloaded from Microsoft.  Just copy these three files to the
windows directory.

WINFILE.HLP
WINFILE.EXE
WINFILE.SYS


Be sure that the File Manager is not running when you copy these files.

It is preferable to exit windows before copying these files to the windows
subdirectory.

This version adds the drive bar as well as the tool bar that has been found
in windows for workgroups that many of us regular windows user envy.
Other than that, there are no major changes.  The help file discusses the
use of the toolbar and drivebar.
