  WinPhone 2.1 is a Visual Basic Windows 3.1 Application. This updated version can
  fixes a few bugs and and adds a setup program.The address book can be accessed
  alphabetically or by key word searches. It has options for accessing outside PBX
  lines, optional 17 digit prefixes, local area code recognition. An optional log
  can keep track of your calls. It has a dialing keypad that is handy for voice
  mail systems. A file conversion utility is included to convert WinPhone 1
  address files  OR ANY ASCII FILE  exported from another database.
  Requires VBRUN100.DLL ,COMMDLG.DLL. (VBX's are included in zip).
  Distributed as Shareware. Give it a try!  Any feedback would be appreciated.


  To Install WinPhone 2.1, first unzip wphn21.zip to an empty disk or directory
  and then from the  Windows 3.1 File/Run Menu type : "setupwph". WinPhone Install
  will prompt you for directories and options before it installs WinPhone 2.1 in
  Program Manager Group.

  WinPhone 2.1 is distributed as Shareware. A registration fee of $25.00 provides
  you with an enhanced version of WinPhone that includes a more detailed help menu
  and printing functions as well as a free upgrade to the next version.
