* Edit of description in FM that touches last line is moved to the
  top of the screen to avoid losing description lines.

* Print function in Browse window added (Use PrintScreen).

* When switching conferences (F8 in AM), PDFM now moves to first
  area in new conference.  This keeps the cursor on a valid area
  when switching from a large conference to a small conference.

* Fixed memory checking problem that caused a hang when loading
  a file area into memory if memory runs low.

* PDFM's memory display will display white on red if <2K core and
  <6K farcore.

* resort flagging modified

* PGUP/PGDN in FM could cause cursor to land in middle of record.
  It now goes to the top of that record.

* On path change for area, PDFM resets bytes to 0 since it no longer
  knows how many bytes are used.  After using FM on the area, the
  byte count will be refreshed.

* Fixed file counting in AUTOGEN and PDFM

* Moving files on same disk results in move of file instead of copy/delete
  pair.

* ALT-D (Shell to DOS) will check COMSPEC variable for alternate command
  interpreter.  PDFM will use command.com if COMSPEC is not defined.

* Fixed FM crash (occasional) when in 43/50-line mode

* New AREAS.LST file format to allow change in indexing in registered version.

* AUTOGEN modified to generate new AREAS.LST file.
