for your personal use.  When distributing APPT, please leave these .ZIP files

                SETERROR is a batch file utility that allows a batch file
                programmer to set the DOS errorlevel to that specified as a
                command-line argument.

ALLBUT10.ZIP    includes ALLBUT.COM             DESC.SDI
                         README.TXT             FILE_ID.DIZ

                ALLBUT is a file-deletion utility that deletes all files
                within the present subdirectory EXCEPT those specified as
                a command-line argument.

HOLDTI10.ZIP    includes HOLDTIME.COM           DESC.SDI
                         README.TXT             FILE_ID.DIZ

                HOLDTIME is a batch file utility that allows a batch file
                programmer to suspend the present system for the number of
                minutes specified as a command-line argument.
