If you are having trouble running setup, you can easily install the product 
yourself.  Nothing is compressed so you can use a simple copy to move the	
files.  You do need to fill out the extension --  EX_ is EXE, VB_ is VBX, DL_ 
is DLL, IN_ is INI, WR_ is WRI.  So to copy the QLOPE.EXE to the Windows sub
directory use the following command.

	COPY QLOPE.EX_  C:\WINDOWS\QLOPE.EXE

The VBX and DLL files should go into your Windows System subdirectory.  
The QLOPE.INI file goes into the Windows subdirectory.  You can put
QLOPE in its own subdirectory or in any other subdirectory you want.
