This is the latest Multi Media driver for Winsong.
To use it, copy it to the \WINSONG3 directory, or the
directory where you keep WinSong if it has a different
name.  
It adds patch caching in order to support cards that 
require it.  To enable the patch caching feature, add 
this line to the W3.INI file in your Winsong directory:

PATCHCACHE=1

Don't add it unless you need it because it can cause
a slight delay before playing and may reprogram your
sound card.

Also, all the patch numbers you plan to use during a 
sequence should be the first events on any track, so the
driver knows to tell the sound card to load them.
