  2: 2 versions supplied with SMART. The SMART_1.PPE is using PPLC v1.00 for
     sysops still using PCBoard v15.0  SMART_2.PPE is using PPLC v2.00 for
     PCBoard v15.1 beta and the coming release. Rename the file you want to
     use to SMART.PPE


  3: About the FREEMEM.PPE - now when Im using PCBoard v15.1 beta (at our BBS)
     most of the memory is released without using this "work around". Test it
     at your system if it's really necessary to keep using it.
