Ok, so you wanna echo PlanoNet? A few rules....

  Currently, this net supports most QWK based echomail software,
  including Rnet, Qnet, Tnet, and more! We are also in the process of putting
  into place hubs that will be able to deliver the mail in Fido technology
  format.

   1. No profanity or personal attacks in any conference, other than
      LUNATICS, where anything goes. By the way, the LUNATICS conference
      is restricted to those callers 18 years old, and older! :>

   2. Stay on topic for the conference you are in, so that everyone may
      fully enjoy the focus of the conference

   3. As these conferences are echoed, refrain from over-quoting and
      give the sysops who echo these conferences a break.

   4. REAL SOUNDING NAMES ONLY! No handles please.... No one wants to
      message with DOCTOR DEATH...

   5. All PlanoNet sysops and conference hosts are required to carry,
      and at least read in YA mode, the PLANOADMIN and TALK2ADMIN
      conferences.

   6. HUBS are required to call into The Fringe once a day, while nodes
      are free to set their calling patterns based on message traffic until
      such time the administration determines that more frequent calling
      warrants.

   7. Nothing illegal is desired, requested, or allowed!


                     ********SPECIAL NOTE*************

     The PLANOADMIN and TALK2ADMIN conferences are the only two required
     conferences, and require special attention on your part. PLANOADMIN is
     for PlanoNet sysops and PlanoNet Hosts only! The TALK2ADMIN conference
     should be open to all, but all mail in this conference on your board
     must be forced private. Here's how to do it with PCBoard:
