Version 2.0 - Updated for new database format on The Pier Exchange
              Shareware #4.

              Made slight modification to the random uploader (GAP
              only) processing.  The program no longer automatically
              puts an asterisk in front of the uploader name.  You 
              can put an asterisk in front of the names in 
              PIERSLCT.NAM.

              Fixed a bug that caused the program to continue 
              beyond the end of the list of available files.

Version 1.1 - Added the random uploader for GAP sysops.
