To upgrade from 1.2 Standard to 1.3 Standard there are two things
which need to be done.  Copy the old SW.EXE with the new one, and
then delete your MODEM.DAT files (one for each node)  (if you want
to keep your current configuration, print it all out, then re-enter
it).. thats it though..
