When updating from any RAD Plus v2 series, the only file you need to change
in order to update your system is RADPLUS.EXE.

When updating from any RAD Plus v2 series to v2.13 or newer, make sure you
edit your RADCFG.DBF file and change your third field to 25.  See DOCS
