PAF BLANK FORMS Collection 2 PAF BLANK FORMS Collection 2 contains blank census forms for the years 1790 to 1840 for recording census information, a World War I draft card log for recording military information, a social security number index to find a locality where a person applied for a card. These forms can be used either from a hard drive or floppies. To use them from a hard drive just unzip them into the directory where you have the PAF program installed. To use them from a floppy unzip them on a blank floppy. This floppy must be put in the drive before you select the Blank Charts and Forms menu item. If you run PAF from your hard drive but don't want to take up space with these files you can still use them from a floppy. From the temporary configuration menu change the path from your hard drive to the floppy drive containing the source disk. After saving the temporary setting, go to the Print Forms and Reports menu and select Blank Charts and Forms. From that menu select the form that you wish to print. If you have any questions or comments, please forward them to me. If you have created any PAF forms that you think others would benefit from please send a copy of it and I will include it in a future collection. Likewise, if you use any forms that you would like to have converted to a PAF form send me a copy of it. Indicate which column size you want it to fit on. Column sizes are Normal = 80 characters; Elite = 96; Compressed = 132; or Tiny = 160 per line. Along with the form to be converted send a blank disk. If you find these forms useful, a $5.00 donation would be appreciated. This will go to create new forms. Thank you for your kind support. Tom Boelling 2506 Mansfield Drive Des Moines, Iowa 50317-6018
